We gladly accept returns and exchanges (with a few limitations). Please refer to the guidelines below to determine whether your purchase qualifies for a return and/or exchange.


Return Guidelines:

  • All original manufacturer warranties also apply to items purchased from the Hyak Designs website.

  • Our exchange policy is limited to 30 days within purchase. If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, the return/exchange will not be honored.

  • To be eligible for return/exchange, applicable items must be unworn/unused with original tags and/or packaging (for larger items).

  • All “Clearance” and “Marked Down” items are FINAL SALE and not applicable for return and/or exchange.

  • Please refer to our product descriptions for product dimensions prior to purchasing SALE items. We are not responsible for incorrect dimensions once order has been processed.

Submitting a Return/Exchange: 

  • To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as was purchased. 

  • Your order must be within out 30 day period.

  • Please email with Product Return in the subject line. Kindly reference the following in the email body.

    • Purchase or Invoice Number​

    • Your Name and mailing address

    • Product(s) purchased

    • Description for return reason




Order Processing Time:

  • Most items are actively in inventory. The only exception being the second week of December.

  • Your purchase will be shipped immediately following payment receipt and verification.

  • Shipping processing time ranges between approximately 3-7 business days.

  • For international orders, shipping can take up to three weeks.


Made to Order + Preorder Items:

  • Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery on “made to order” items.

  • Purchases and items falling under the “made to order” category are custom-made just for you, so order fulfillment takes a bit longer to allow us time to add the finishing touches to your purchase. 

International Shipping: International shipping rates apply.

Shipping Methods: All purchases/orders are shipped via USPS First Class with tracking provided. For international orders, other shipping methods may be used but tracking will always be included to allow your purchase to be located at all times.


Shipping Rates: Standard USPS shipping rates apply for all orders under $55. For orders that have exceeded a $55 minimum purchase (tax & shipping fees not included), Shipping is ALWAYS FREE!


Shipping Upgrades: Shipping upgrade requests will be adjusted in proportion with available USPS rates—additional fees may apply (even if the $55 minimum has been reached). If you would like to upgrade, please send your request via email to: and we will do our best to accommodate your shipping needs.


Shipping Gift Orders: If you have a specific request for a gift order placed, please leave it in the “notes” section prior to placing your order. If we are sending it directly to the gift recipient, please make sure to provide the gift recipients address as the destination address. If you forgot to leave a specific request in the “notes” section, please send an email to and refer to your purchase invoice number in the email subject line.
