EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICIES

We gladly accept returns and exchanges (with a few limitations). Please refer to the guidelines below to determine whether your purchase qualifies for a return and/or exchange.

Return Guidelines:

• All original manufacturer warranties also apply to items purchased from the Hyak Designs website.

• Our return policy is limited to 30 days within purchase. If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, the return/exchange will not be honored.

• To be eligible for return/exchange, applicable items must be unworn/unused with original tags and/or packaging (for larger items).

• All “Clearance” and “Marked Down” items are FINAL SALE and not applicable for return and/or exchange.

• Please refer to our product descriptions for product dimensions prior to purchasing SALE items. We are not responsible for incorrect dimensions once order has been processed.

Submitting a Return/Exchange: 

• To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as was purchased. 

• Your order must be within the 30 day period.

• Please email hyakdesigns.com with Product Return in the subject line. Kindly reference the following in the email body.

  • Purchase or Invoice Number

  • Your Name and mailing address

  • Product(s) purchased

  • Description for return reason
